
To relaunch the Blue Marlin, we tapped into the viral IG/Pinterest “mood” trend and built a campaign around finding your vibe. We created crafted, persona-driven visuals that reflected different types of travellers, allowing audiences to see themselves in the experience.
Influencers embodied these personas and carried the story nationwide, generating strong organic reach and millions in booking revenue.
The idea resonated instantly, driving over 3.4 million impressions and close to 300k engagements from a minimal spend.
By letting creators express the moods in their own style, the campaign felt authentic, aspirational, and shareable, resulting in a 1562% ROI. Mood didn’t just set the tone—it directly converted into real-world bookings for the resort.
Alongside this, we reimagined the simple act of asking for discounts through LeHotel’s AI concierge, Marcel. His personality rewarded charm and punished rudeness, turning every guest message into a real-time judgement.
With hidden surprises like the “Marcel Tour,” the experience blended humour, theatre, and play, transforming hospitality into something interactive, character-driven, and unexpectedly rewarding.
